Welcome to the Equus Community web site.
Note about the web site: While there are obviously some big changes happening at Equus, at this time the web site is being maintained sparingly as we await word of new Board management and subsequent information updates from the new Developer and on site sales groups. I will Leave the current content up and running for the time being, but please note that contact numbers and proper processes may change without my knowledge, so I apologize in advance if you’re unable to get what you need from the site. I will send out an email and update the web site as I learn more.

Our goal is to provide a better community experience by increasing visibility into the activities and progress of the HOA, via accurate and timely information.
Main sections of the site are as follows:
- Here we will post monthly updates from each of the main HOA Committees.
- Additionally, all important announcements and copies of outbound emails will be posted here.
- All home owners have the opportunity to comment directly about any of these posts, so an open dialog may occur.
- General information about the Association, its members, and information regarding the various Committees is located here.
- All posts specific to the HOA and/or a Committee — including monthly updates from each of the committees about their progress — will be linked here.
- General information about the community is available here.
- An events calendar will be available here, listing community-building activities. We’re looking for a volunteer to help oversee this initiative!
- General information about the Equestrian Center and its activities are available here.
- Here we’ll be posting all the useful information we can think of — from important community contact information, to local utilities and favorite vendors.
- This section of the site should evolve over time, so we’re hoping for your input and additions via the comments tool.
- Major announcements and updates will include outbound emails to all homeowners. But until now we’ve not had a complete list of homeowners’ email addresses, or a formal process for distributing notices.
- Here, you’ll be able to register to become part of the official Equus HOA email distribution list.
- Even if you feel you’re already on some other group list maintained within the Community, please sign up here.
We hope you find this new site useful. We’ll work hard to make sure the site serves the community effectively, and look forward to your input and support.
